AEG Dishwasher Error Codes List

If we talk about modern AEG dishwashers, we should highlight the ability to independently diagnose its condition. This is extremely convenient, because not every malfunction should be a reason to call a technician. It often happens that the user is able to solve the problem using available tools, so the information hidden in the error codes seems extremely important.

AEG dishwashers are the brainchild of a German company and have high levels of reliability and safety. However, even such equipment is prone to breakdowns and calling a technician, already having an idea of the nature of the malfunction, will be the right decision. As a result, the specialist will take the necessary tools and components, otherwise the repair may be delayed.

It also happens that the owner of the unit does not have to spend money on the services of specialists, because a number of malfunctions can be eliminated independently with a little effort.

This code indicates that the NTC sensor resistance is unacceptable. Causes: short circuit, disconnected contacts. Washing dishes will not stop, but the process will occur without heating. Other Faults

You may encounter difficulties in the operation of the device, even if these AEG dishwasher errors do not have a specific code. Most often, they can be solved very simply; more details about this are written in the instructions for your model. Here are the most common problems:

  • The dishwasher won't turn on. Check the connection of the network cable to the device, the operation of the socket, and the integrity of the electrical panel.
  • After selecting a program, it does not start. Open and close the door again. Make sure that the Delay Start function has not been selected. Or wait five minutes—an internal preparation program may be running.
  • During operation, the washing cycle stops and then starts again. This is not a malfunction, the device adapts to the specific task and thus ensures energy efficiency and optimal cleaning of dishes.
  • Extraneous knocks and sounds are heard from the dishwasher. Check that the sprinklers rotate freely and that the devices are loaded correctly into the basket.
  • There is a small leak on the side of the door. It is necessary to level the device horizontally by adjusting the legs.
  • The fuse trips. Several devices are turned on at the same time, which overloads the network, or the outlet does not provide the required voltage.
