Entering Diagnostic Mode / Options

Using switches, the control board receives signals regarding the program setting cycle.

During the cycle, the water temperature is monitored through the NTC sensor, as well as the rotation speed of the washing pump according to the signal received from the tachometer generator.

The module monitors the state of the pressure switch and rinsing salt regeneration sensors.

If you open the door to the control panel there are keys and indicator lights:

- Turn off the device using the main power button

- Press buttons S1-S3 simultaneously and hold these keys

- Press S0 key to switch device while still holding S1-S3 keys

- LEDs LD1, LD2 and LD3 start flashing for about 4 seconds

Reading signals and activating individual components

- Press button S1 to start the function:

The LEDs LD2 and LD3 of switches and LD1 continue to flash.

The end of program cycle indicator begins to flash, with pauses of 2 Hz/5 sec between each series with a buzzer.

In the event of a malfunction, read the error code according to the table.

- Press button S1 again to display the second signal.

- Press the S1 button again to display the third alarm.

- Press the S1 button a fourth time: the system proceeds to activate and check the various devices.

LED LD2 flashes, indicating that signal reading has been completed and components are currently being tested.

Checking the serviceability of components

- Press the S1 button to activate the following devices:

4th press: regeneration solenoid valve

5th press: drain pump

6th press: fill water to the specified level

7th press: heating (only if the water level is correct)

8th press: washing pump

9th press: rinse detergent - dispenser

10th press: fan drying (if turbo-dry)

Each of these actions can be repeated by pressing the S1 button sequentially.

If a problem occurs, the program stops running

- try resetting the program (press the start or program selection button for 3 seconds depending on the brand), unplug it from the outlet

- if the error appears again, find out why it occurs

- restart the program and check for serviceability

When a malfunction occurs, a code is displayed on the screen.

If there is no screen, we read the code by the number of flashes of the END LED.

No water supply	I 10	1 flash	The pressure switch switching threshold level has not been reached within a maximum of 60 seconds (only in program phases that include filling up to level!) Drain pump	I 20	2 flashes	The pressure switch reset level has not been reached within a maximum of 120 seconds. The program has stopped.	The program stops and can be resumed after the error has been corrected by pressing the program button.
AQUA control	I 30	3 flashes	The water control system directly turned off the fill valve.	The program stops and automatically starts again after the problem is corrected.
Circulation pump Thyristor short circuit	I 50	5 flashes	Signals from the tachogenerator are detected, while the circulation pump is not turned on.	The program stops and water is filled to the pressure switch reset level.
Water heating	I 60	6 flashes	During heating for 3 minutes, the water temperature does not increase by at least 1.5K	The program runs to completion without using the heating function.
NTC sensor	I 70	7 flashes	NTC open or short circuit	The program runs to completion without using the heating function.
EEPROM	I 80	8 flashes	Communication error with external EEPROM
MCF/CCF checksum	I 90	9 flashes	Invalid checksum (programming model) of MCF or CCF. Determined only after switching on!	Program selection is not possible. ON/OFF LED lights up.
Sprinkler blocked	I A0	10 flashes	At the beginning of the program and each subprogram, as well as after opening/closing the door or power outages, the rotation of the sprinkler is checked and evaluated.	Blockage or error message until sprinkler speed is detected.
Transparency sensor	I b0	11 flashes	The water clarity signal required for calibration was not received within 15 seconds	The definition of transparency is always happening. According to this indication, the program route is adapted.
Communication error	I С0	12 flashes	Lost connection with the User Interface	The car stops and waits for the connection to be restored.
Tachogenerator	I d0	13 flashes	The circulation pump is turned on, but there is no signal from the tachogenerator for 5 + 20 seconds	The circulation pump is uncontrollable, heating is turned off. This function is checked again at each program step.
Water fill time error	I F0	14 flashes	The time limit for filling with water has been exceeded.	The program runs until the next subprogram if the water level is insufficient. There is no further filling of water to the required level. The error disappears after the drain is completed.
